Without a certificate, you cannot sell or let
Since 2013, it has been compulsory in Spain to have an Energy Performance Certificate for any property or commercial premises that is sold or let. But beyond the administrative requirement, a good certificate allows you to find out your property’s actual energy consumption, access grants and increase its market value.
On-site assessment
A visit to the property is required for a detailed analysis of energy use. Without a visit, no official certificate can be issued.
Issuance and official registration
We issue the energy performance certificate, which is graded from A to G, and register it with the Valencian Community.

What exactly does the certificate certify?
The certificate assesses the property’s energy consumption under normal conditions of use: insulation, heating and cooling systems, domestic hot water and ventilation. The rating ranges from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). A good rating is not only a legal requirement, but also a real selling point when selling or letting a property.
